Brisket was different. No bark. Really moist because they pour a juice over before they serve it. Good but not the best. Ribs were great. Sausage was ok. Corn bread was amazing. Brisket beans Mac and cheese was stellar.
2nd visit: came for lunch with a friend. Ribs were amazing and so was the Brisket. Loved the Mac and the Brisket Chili.
1st Visit: Our group came on a Friday night. Getting a table took only a few minutes. The place is very loud. Brisket was pretty good. Sausage had great flavor but the texture was a little grainy. Burnt ends were drowned in sauce which led to a lack of flavor and bark. Pulled pork was good. All our sides were good. I would return for sure but feel there is better BBQ in the metro.
Best brisket I’ve had outside of Texas. Ribs were also very impressive. Sausage and pulled pork were good but not super remarkable. Would absolutely recommend and will be back
The absolute most fantastic thing at this restaurant is the cornbread. I have never tried a better cornbread in my life. This is a leaner dryer brisket, and same with the burnt ends. Most things have a kick to them. Really enjoyed the sausage and the ribs. The mac and cheese was good, and also had a kick.

I common stop for me when traveling. Gives new meaning to “hole in the wall” but the meat is amazing!
