For me Brothers is predictably good but never standout amazing. I’ve been to a few locations in person, had them cater a few events, and had food delivered. Its always ok, but never amazes me.
Came back here after a few years and so glad I did. Maybe the best brisket in Colorado. Ribs were amazing and had some sort of unique non-traditional flavor that I couldn’t place but I found mind blowing awesome. Sausage was also on point. Food is amazing. If this place has a downside it is that you have to order by the 1/2 pound which makes it hard to try lots of meats if you come by yourself and its only open for about 8 hours a week.
This felt like TX BBQ at its finest. Food is served to you almost cafeteria style where you start with the meat and then move down another line to get all your sides and desserts. Beans are complimentary, just grab some form the communal Bean Pot. The Brisket was spot on. 10 out of 10, did Texas proud. The Jalepeno Cheddar sausage was also amazing. The ribs were disappointing. This might be the largest restaurant I’ve been to in awhile. The place is huge.
For such a small rural town this was pretty ok but in context of the American BBQ scene it was just about average and not special in my estimation. If I lived around there, I’m sure I would eat there often. Our group liked the smoked chicken and chopped pork the best. The ribs were ok. The chicken chunks were less good. Amazing fries.
I’ve been here twice. For me the burnt ends were the best thing both times. The pulled pork is better than average and I think many would love their brisket but for me it was too dry. The first time I was there they brought to our table a cherry chipotle sauce which was amazing. The second time I didn’t ask but I wasn’t offered it either. All around pretty yummy.
The brisket was pretty good but not amazing. Pulled pork and sausage the same. Great sauce. Great service and the place looks really fun for a group of friends on a summer evening when the weather is nicer and the lack of indoor seating isn’t a challenge.
The baked beans and Mac Squares were fantastic. The brisket was cooked well but a little lacking in flavor. Ribs were also perfectly cooked but came out with a sauce on then that I didn’t care for. Sausage was good. The only thing that stood out as special was the Mac Squares. I would come back but would request leaving off the sauce on the ribs. Lots of sauce options.

I prefer to decide for myself how much if any sauce I put on my meats but thats a small thing to nitpick. One other criticism was that the Mac N Cheese was lame. The “thank you” donuts made fresh on site were fun and yummy. I’d come back here for sure though I think you can get similarly quality food for less dollars elsewhere in the Phoenix metro. On the other hand if you are going on a date or a business lunch and want BBQ this place would be well suited.
The brisket was phenomenal. If you like a fatty/moist brisket you will not be disappointed. The ribs and chicken were ok and the pork belly was very impressive. Not the most traditional BBQ menu. Has a southern/mexican twist to it. The “Southern Mac & Cheese” was different and the potatoes and corn on the cob had a southern twist as well. Not busy during the week for lunch when we were there.
I was very impressed. They asked me what kind of brisket I want which is always a good sign. Moist brisket was among the most flavorful I’ve ever had. Sausage was also very impressive. The ribs were good but unremarkable. Usually you only find barbecue this good in some dive crappy old dilapidated building but this place was high class with great service.
