Brisket 5.0 Sausage 5.0 Ribs 3.0

This felt like TX BBQ at its finest. Food is served to you almost cafeteria style where you start with the meat and then move down another line to get all your sides and desserts. Beans are complimentary, just grab some form the communal Bean Pot. The Brisket was spot on. 10 out of 10, did Texas proud. The Jalepeno Cheddar sausage was also amazing. The ribs were disappointing. This might be the largest restaurant I've been to in awhile. The place is huge.
