Brisket 5.0 Pulled Pork 4.0 Sausage 4.0

I didn't expect to find such high caliber BBQ in such a rural part of Colorado. Brisket was very impressive (TX style), sausage was good, pulled pork was solid. Fabulous onion rings. Corn was good. Mac and cheese was neither bad or special. Will be back.
