A chain this size isn’t one restaurant — the brisket at one branch is not the brisket at another.

I had a good experience at Mission BBQ today. I got turkey, 505/50 brisket with a side of macaroni and cheese. It was all very good. The staff is very friendly and I. Thought it was a good value. The Texas twang sauce is my personal favorite.

Had a great time here with 5 friends today. Came at lunch time and was present for the national anthem they do every day at noon. The moist brisket was pretty good. Smoked perfectly but could have had a little more flavor. Pulled pork was average but the Jalapeno sausage was fantastic. I loved how they offer 6 different sauces to choose from. I liked the Smoky Mt the most. I'd go back if not just for the food but for the mission.

What was each meat like? Optional, but it’s the part people actually read — one line is plenty.
