WORTH THE WAIT!!!
As can can be seen on their website, the wait time can be substantial and the meat is "while supplies last". We waited in line for about an hour before placing our order, but had our food in hand moments later.
We ordered their brisket, burnt ends, a pulled pork sandwich, and the "Rednexican Nachos" weigh or chosen meat of Turkey. For sides, we had apple pie bbq beans, cheesy tater tot casserole, coke slaw, and potato salad.
All of the meat, and I do mean ALL, was perfectly seasoned and fell apart in our mouths. It was the kind of delicious that makes you go quiet beyond the occasional sighs of thorough enjoyment that only taste bud satisfaction can bring. The best was so good on it's own, that it would have felt like a disservice to have it with bbq sauce.
As for the RedNexican Nachos... INCREDIBLE! The white queso paired perfectly with the turkey and drizzle of bbq sauce. The flavors were well balanced and spread evenly throughout, which can be a struggle for nachos in general.
The sides were tasty, especially the apple pie bbq beans. I'm not usually partial sweetly flavored bbq beans. These were a perfection combination of sweet and savory with a touch of spice on the back end.
Not to mention that a twinkle was included with each meal we purchased.
