Came back here after a few years and so glad I did. Maybe the best brisket in Colorado. Ribs were amazing and had some sort of unique non-traditional flavor that I couldn't place but I found mind blowing awesome. Sausage was also on point. Food is amazing. If this place has a downside it is that you have to order by the 1/2 pound which makes it hard to try lots of meats if you come by yourself and its only open for about 8 hours a week.
The Pork Ribs were amazing. The brisket was good but not amazing. Service was fast. Plenty of seating indoors and outside. Very easy to get any amount of whatever you want. I don't like BBQ places where you are restricted to 1/2 pound increments but here you can ask for anything any you pay by weight. I wanted to try the Catfish but was told they only have it on Saturdays.
