Brisket 5.0 Chicken 4.0 Ribs 3.0

The brisket was phenomenal. If you like a fatty/moist brisket you will not be disappointed. The ribs and chicken were ok and the pork belly was very impressive. Not the most traditional BBQ menu. Has a southern/mexican twist to it. The "Southern Mac & Cheese" was different and the potatoes and corn on the cob had a southern twist as well. Not busy during the week for lunch when we were there.
