For the first 2 years, every time I went to The Holy Grill, I had the French Dip Sandwich... Brisket with cheese and real au jus sauce for dipping... AMAZING... Then I branched out to their burgers... OMH... what had I been missing? Then I went for the meat platter and then the ribs and sheesh how I love this place. I ended up meeting the owners and getting to know them a bit as well. LOVE THESE GUYS.
Plus they actually pay attention to their customers and are always working to improve their products. That's important.. being a student of your craft is essential.
Great people, great food, great atmosphere... if I want BBQ, that's my go-to place!!!
