All around impressive day at G-Que. They nail the pulled pork. They put some sort of seasoning on it post-smoke that is excellent. The brisket was perfectly cooked and very moist but wasn't as flavorful as I would of liked. I'm being pretty critical. It really was good brisket. The sausage was excellent. I've never had better. The ribs were average. Good, but not extraordinary. All around impressive and would recommend.
